Elaboration of memoranda and writing opinions on the interpretation and application of tax law issued by all political entities of the Republic (Federal, State and Municipal).
Acting before administrative courts and provide legal support for complex tax disputes at Federal, State and Municipal levels, including the design of the best litigation strategy since the beginig of the public auditing.
